Deciding Between the Two Sizes

Both sizes share the same shape and the same slow return; what changes is the effort. The 6 cm cube is quick to pick up and squeeze with one hand, which suits short bursts between tasks. The 7 cm cube needs a deliberate, full-hand press and holds the dent for longer, which suits long stretches of reading or listening.

Everyday Care and Age Guidance

Keep it out of long spells of direct sun, wipe it with a barely damp cloth, and let it dry before it goes back on the desk. Never cut or pierce it. Material varies from piece to piece: some are moulded slow-rise foam with a printed skin, others a soft shell filled with gel or a thick liquid. Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 1 to 18 business days after that. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves, and you can follow it on our order tracking page.

Returns within 14 days. Ask for a return within 14 days of delivery, then you have 14 days to send the item back. Defects, damage and wrong items are covered by a prepaid label; if you simply change your mind the return postage is yours.
