Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 1 to 18 business days after that. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves, and you can follow it on our order tracking page.

Returns within 14 days. Ask for a return within 14 days of delivery, then you have 14 days to send the item back. Defects, damage and wrong items are covered by a prepaid label; if you simply change your mind the return postage is yours.
