A Colourless Cheese Squishy Cube for a Minimal Desk

Take the colour out of a cheese cube and what is left is the shape itself: square edges, moulded holes, and a body clear enough that the light goes straight through it. On a white or wooden desk it almost disappears until you pick it up, which is exactly why people who dislike bright toys choose this one over the yellow.

6 cm or 7 cm, and What the Extra Centimetre Changes

The 6 cm cube fills a palm and can be worked with one hand. The 7 cm version is noticeably heavier and needs a full grip, so each squeeze takes a little more effort and lasts a little longer. If it is going to live on a desk, pick the larger one. If it is going in a bag, the smaller one travels better.

Keeping a Clear Piece Clear

A transparent body shows every mark, so keep it away from ink, newsprint and dark fabric, and wipe it with a barely damp cloth rather than a household spray. Never cut or pierce it. Material varies from piece to piece: some are moulded slow-rise foam with a printed skin, others a soft shell filled with gel or a thick liquid. Returns within 14 days. Ask for a return within 14 days of delivery, then you have 14 days to send the item back. Defects, damage and wrong items are covered by a prepaid label; if you simply change your mind the return postage is yours.
